We want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel; if your order isn't mission-ready, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all hangtags and promotional inserts are included.

• 4.
  Deploy the Shipment

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your return.
